I've been in a seafood craze lately and by lately, I mean forever. Not fish so much, but shellfish and mollusks? Yes, please. This little recipe is one you'll find in almost every Chinese or seafood buffet out there -mussels baked in a dynamite sauce! I always felt like there had to be cheese in this dish, but it's actually all mayo! Not your everyday Best Foods mayo, but Japanese Kewpie Mayo! They were exactly what I expected them to be, yum!
We used this recipe here, but swapped Sriracha for a little cayenne pepper, which was still delicious. They're pretty quick to make and really hit that mussels craving!
